1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "mag138," "we," "us," "our" refers to the mag138 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities providing online betting services.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player," "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses mag138 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account created by a user upon registration, including login credentials, balance, transaction history, and personal information.
• "Services" refers to all betting products offered by mag138, including but not limited to sports betting (football, basketball, badminton, esports), live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slot games, togel lottery markets, sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams, and any other wagering products available on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a user on a game, event, or outcome offered by mag138.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in a user's account for wagering, including deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by mag138 to confirm user identity, age, and residency before processing withdrawals.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free spins, cashback, or other incentives awarded by mag138, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on mag138, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and mag138. mag138 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use mag138 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mag138 strictly enforces this age restriction in accordance with international responsible gaming standards and Indonesia's legal context. Users who falsify their date of birth or provide fraudulent identification documents will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that accessing mag138 services is lawful in your location and that you are personally responsible for understanding and complying with local laws and regulations.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise unable to enter into contracts, you may not use mag138 services.
• Single Account: Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with mag138. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, manipulating betting limits, or evading restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

mag138 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal denial until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1. Registration Process

To access betting services on mag138, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (must confirm you are 21 or older)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, and you agree to notify mag138 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

4.2. KYC Verification

mag138 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of our compliance obligations, all users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification involves submitting the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, legible scan or photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and signature.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months, clearly showing your name and residential address matching the address provided during registration.
• Payment Method Verification: For bank transfers, a screenshot or photograph of your online banking interface showing your name, bank name, and account number. For e-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay), a screenshot showing your registered name and account details.

All documents must be in color, clearly legible, and show all four corners of the document. Cropped, edited, or manipulated images will be rejected. KYC verification typically takes 24–72 hours. During this period, withdrawals will be temporarily held pending approval. Once verified, your account will be flagged as "KYC Approved" and future withdrawals will be processed without additional verification unless suspicious activity is detected.

5. Deposits and Funding

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

mag138 supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). Transfers made outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5.2. Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and user VIP tier. Standard members can deposit up to Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah) per transaction. Higher limits are available for Silver, Gold, and Platinum VIP members.

5.3. Deposit Processing and Fees

mag138 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. All deposits are credited to your account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit via a method denominated in a foreign currency, your bank's exchange rate will apply at the time of transaction.

5.4. Failed or Delayed Deposits

If your deposit does not appear in your mag138 account within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support via live chat or WhatsApp with your transaction reference number, date and time of transfer, amount, and payment method. Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

6.1. Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Your account must be KYC-verified (identity, address, and payment method confirmed).
• You must have met the wagering requirements for any active bonus funds in your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement (typically 5×–30× the bonus amount, depending on the promotion) has been fulfilled.
• Your account must not be flagged for suspicious activity, multi-accounting, or terms violations.
• The withdrawal method must match one of your verified deposit methods. mag138 enforces a strict "withdrawal to source" policy to prevent money laundering.

6.2. Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits are:

• Bronze Members: Rp 20.000.000 per day, Rp 100.000.000 per month.
• Silver Members: Rp 50.000.000 per day, Rp 250.000.000 per month.
• Gold and Platinum Members: Negotiable limits based on player history and activity.

6.3. Withdrawal Processing Time

Once a withdrawal request is submitted and approved, processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 4 hours for verified accounts during business hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 15 minutes to 2 hours, 24/7.

mag138 aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. However, processing times may be extended during peak periods (major sporting events, holiday weekends) or if additional verification is required.

6.4. Withdrawal Fees

mag138 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first withdrawal of each calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur an administrative fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 50.000. VIP members (Silver tier and above) receive unlimited free withdrawals.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7.1. Bonus Eligibility

mag138 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

7.2. Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10× means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable).

Example: If you receive a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement, you must place a total of Rp 5.000.000 in wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (every Rp 1.000 wagered counts as Rp 1.000 toward the requirement).
• Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10%–20% contribution.
• Sports Betting: 50%–100% contribution depending on odds (bets placed at odds below 1.50 may not count).

7.3. Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, placing opposing bets to guarantee wagering progression, wagering exclusively on low-risk markets to artificially inflate turnover, or colluding with other players. mag138 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

8. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

8.1. General Betting Rules

All bets placed on mag138 are binding and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wager (stake amount, selection, odds) before confirming. mag138 is not liable for user error in bet placement.

8.2. Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport (FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, FIBA for basketball, etc.). In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.

8.3. Casino Games and RNG Fairness

All casino games (slots, table games, video poker) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software tested and audited by independent third-party laboratories (eCOGRA, GLI, iTech Labs). RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel. mag138 does not manipulate game outcomes or RTP figures.

8.4. Togel and Sabung Ayam

Togel results are determined by official lottery draws from Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, Sydney Lottery, and Macau lottery authorities. mag138 has no control over draw outcomes. Sabung ayam (cockfighting) results are determined by live arena matches broadcast from internationally licensed venues in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia. Bets are settled based on official arena decisions.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mag138 and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Underage Gambling: Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or falsified identity documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit betting systems.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms to guarantee risk-free profit.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting mag138 support to resolve the issue.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

mag138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You fail to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Your account shows signs of problem gambling and self-exclusion is deemed necessary for your protection.

In the event of account closure, mag138 will return your remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) after deducting any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or disputed transactions. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mag138 and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to user error, negligence, or failure to secure account credentials.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Errors in odds display, game results, or bet settlement (mag138 will correct errors and void affected bets where appropriate).
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with mag138 services is to cease using the platform and close your account.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet, transaction, bonus, or any other matter, you must contact mag138 customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes not raised within this timeframe will not be considered. Our support team will investigate and respond within 72 hours.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department by emailing [email protected]. All decisions made by mag138's Compliance Department are final and binding.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mag138 is licensed. By using this platform, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of mag138 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

mag138 operates under an offshore international gaming license and is not licensed by any Indonesian government authority. You acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex and potentially restrictive, and you are personally responsible for ensuring that your use of mag138 complies with local laws.
